Information you send us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, work email, organization, role, the topic you select and your message. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
Newsletter. If you subscribe to AVMNews, we collect your email address (and any other details the signup form asks for) so we can send it.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic request data such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. We use this for security, troubleshooting and keeping the site running.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you ask about.
- To send AVMNews if you subscribed (every issue includes a way to unsubscribe).
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
- To meet legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress may set strictly necessary cookies for logged-in site administrators only.

Who we share it with

We keep inquiry and contact information for as long as needed to respond to you and for our ordinary business records, and newsletter details until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you AVMNews, by emailing mail@avmetrics.net. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor them as required.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed to children under 16.
