Lee Kennedy
Managing Director
An appraiser since the mid-1980s, Lee later worked with AVM developers and public-record aggregators at the nation’s largest thrift before founding AVMetrics in 2005.
He contributed to AVMs 101 and AVMs 201, has authored whitepapers on cascade logic and scoring, and has testified as an expert witness in large-scale litigation. A certified residential appraiser in California and a Navy veteran.
